URBAN POLICY

Local Environmental Plans (LEPs) and Development Control Plans (DCPs) are central to any local council’s planning process. Atlas can help with the assessment and review of existing LEPs and DCPs, and provide recommendations to improve them. Working with our strategic planning colleagues, Atlas can also prepare new LEPs, DCPs and Urban Design Guidelines, which are graphically based and easier to understand for those required to use them.
