URBAN RENEWAL

Spatial planning is vital for the delivery of sustainable development. In particular it concerns the prudent management of land; a critical natural resource, limited in supply, but with growing demand upon it. The renewal of existing centres is an important part of this story. Atlas Urban works with communities, local councils, developers and stakeholders to help develop an over-arching vision for a place.
