The objective of this project is to demonstrate that this unique site is capable of development to greater height than suggested by the existing controls, in line with increases in height in the immediate area.
The site is bounded by a major arterial road, the Pacific Highway, to the west and the northern railway line to the east. It is within close walking distance of both Roseville and Chatswood train stations and retail centres. Currently a vacant, this project provides a great opportunity to revitalise this orphaned site and reconnect it to the local neighbourhood.
