The site is located in the Rockdale Town Centre, and fronts the Princes Highway, which is currently undergoing change through the redevelopment of numerous sites. It is anticipated that this site will follow a similar pattern of development. The report explores what opportunities exist to optimise the development outcome of this site. It looks beyond generic planning controls to consider the particular circumstance of the site, and how it sits as a part of the Rockdale Town Centre.

Atlas Urban was engaged by the site owner to prepare an Urban Design Report to review and consider whether the site has capacity for increased height and development yield, without impacting on the neighboring area, as well as the existing and likely future opportunities.
